[picoCAD] Tesla Coil Towers

This is my submission to the 57th picocad jam: Two-Timin' Towers!

This is a special event where we were tasked with designing a tower for the game.

Mine is a duo Tesla Coil tower that zaps anything that cross the lightning bolt, dealing damage and slowing them down. Towers should chain to every other similar tower close enough, so the player should be able to chain many towers together, but need to pay attention to not constrain or block their own movement.
